Do you offer Telephone Consults?
	Scheduled phone appointments are available to follow up on an already existing condition that does not necessarily require a physical exam.  The charge for this service ranges from $15 to $55, depending on the length of time of the consult, and may be considered a reimbursable expense by your insurance plan.
